Judges like this don't "allow" the evidence that could help our cases, besides we are not talking about "random" cases. We are talking about "good mothers" who have lost their children to abusive fathers! Judges like this make it impossible for us to fight back often leaving no choice but to flee in order to protect our children and ourselves from abuse because the courts won't. So maybe you need to consider the facts yourself. Consider the evidence presented? I read your story and was horrified! I am a 'good mother" and lost my children to a bias judge as well. Unfortunately this is becoming a "trend" in the "family court" system in the US. I have done research and found that these "fathers rights" groups are supporting the judicial campaigns, making it imposible for good mothers to fight the system. Unfortunatly the lives of innocent children are ultimately paying the price because their mothers are only allowed limited access to their children or as in my case, being totally eliminated from their lives. I believe something needs to be done immediately and I am on board to do whatever it takes to see that the courts will look out for the best interest of the children!
